Vortex Rapid Blend discs have a unified 3D construction that enables the wheel to be used on the top, bottom or side for added versatility in deburring and finishing applications. Unified discs and wheels are formed by compressing multiple layers of non-woven web material and bonding together to create an abrasive wheel. A range of densities are available for applications ranging from heavy stock removal to mild finishing.

One of the most common applications in metalworking are weld removal and blending. Normally we have to implement 2 separate steps for welding seam removal and blending. Vortex Rapid Blend discs make your job easier at blending metal surfaces in one step after welding.
